Roommates wanted

Im a single man in my house & I have two rooms to rent out as soon as possible. I keep a clean house & would expect the same from you. One room is furnished with a brand new bed & one room is empty. All utilities are supplied your amenities are not. You can have full use of the house. Parking is available. There’s no smoking in the house or the enclosed patio sun room which is nice.
