Home is located in a great area, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and many more are we only a 5 minute drive away. Red Deer Polytechnic is also less than a 10 minute drive away.


Looking for a tenant who is quiet and keeps to themselves. Preferably a working professional that’s either working away and not home much or has a busy work schedule.
