4 bdrms available in our basement suite. Own kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and laundry. Huge back yard with fire pit. Pets are welcome as long as they are not aggressive. You are responsible to clean up after your own pet.
Rent is $675 $300 security deposit. All utilities are included.
No pictures as we are cleaning it up from the last tenants.
