This Spring one of our tenants has graduated so her lovely bright , furnished main floor room is available for sublet this summer with the opportunity to renew for the school year if that works for you.



If you enjoy living in a well cared for home in a peaceful rural setting then this is the place for you! The home has 4 lovely bedrooms with two on the main floor sharing a 4-piece bathroom and two on the upper floor sharing another 4-piece bathroom.



You will share a large 4 piece bathroom just outside your room with one other student. You will also have two fantastic housemates who have rooms on the upper floor with their own shared bathroom. All our current tenants are friendly, quiet, mature and respectful 3rd year AVC students. Any of our current tenants would be happy to tell you what the house is like to live in. If this is the type of home environment you are looking for then you’ve found the right place!



There is a huge eat-in kitchen on the main floor, furnished with a large table and chairs. It even has an additional chest freezer to save money on bulk food purchases. The kitchen has sliding glass doors out to an expansive deck overlooking a fully fenced yard and the fields beyond for your relax time. When the weather doesn't cooperate you can find some relaxation in the large furnished living room and when you really cannot avoid doing laundry any longer you have a main floor, full size washer and dryer at your disposal. Throw a load in and go back to your relax. You really can't beat that!



Rent covers a fully furnished room with a double bed. All utilities included, even internet, & free parking.
