Hello Everyone,

I'm renting out a fully furnished bedroom in my apartment for $700 including all utilities starting from January and ready to move in anytime. [Security Deposit Required - No Key Deposit Required]

The tenant must be clean and responsible female. There's a bus stop just a two-minute walk away (Which I daily take to go to UPEI).

The apartment has only two bedrooms (one of them is mine), so no tenants are living here. It's very quiet and located in a peaceful area, perfect for studying or working.

Location: Capital Drive (Maypoint)

No partying, no visitors, and no pets allowed!
