I'm a single, professional (PhD in science) who moved here from Belgium a few years ago. I live a low-key lifestyle — no smoking, no drugs, no parties, no overnight guests, no pets, and I avoid cooking spicy food.

I've shared housing (mostly with female roommates) for the past 6 years and always respect privacy, boundaries, and personal space. I'm very clean, I never leave dishes or messes behind, and I keep common areas tidy.

I'm a reliable tenant: Always pay rent on time, Excellent credit score, Can provide strong references from my landlord

My current building (where I've lived for 6 years) is scheduled for demolition, which is why I'm searching for a new place.
