A large, bright, furnished room with a large Queen bed, a private ensuite bathroom and an access to large balcony on 3rd floor of a detached house is available. The room is for one post secondary student or a recent graduate, single occupancy only, no sharing.



Garage parking with automatic door opener fob is available for extra.



One of the cleanest houses in York Village. Common areas are regularly cleaned, and garbage are collected by a dedicated cleaner.



Price is all inclusive (all utilities, Internet, heating and cooling), except for laundry, which is coin operated ($2 each load) and located on-site in the basement.



WiFi and wired (RJ45 Ethernet LAN port in room) internet included, ultra-high speed BELL Fibe 1.5 Gbps (Canada's fastest internet) unlimited is included.

Our house provides a quiet safe home for young persons to rest and focus on their individual endeavours. We're looking for a clean, quiet, polite, and gentle single university student or recent graduate who will follow the following house rules:

2. No smoking (any substances)

3. No pet

4. No visitors (day, night or overnight)

5. No party

6. No sublease

7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.

8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use

9. Garbage recycling

10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
