Hi! My name is Em (25F) and I’m looking for a temporary roommate (with the possibility of long term if it’s a good fit) for my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Sherwood Park, just off Baseline Rd.
The building is quiet, has an elevator, and is located in a great central area:
• 10 minute walk to Bethel Transit Station (easy access to Edmonton)
• 15 minute walk to Superstore
• Close to shops and amenities
About Me
I’m 25, moved to Alberta about 6 months ago, and have family in the area. I’m tidy, quiet, and don’t host parties. I enjoy crafting, playing The Sims, music, TV, and good conversations.
I vape. I personally don’t partake in 420, but I don’t mind if someone else does, as long as it’s not inside the apartment (there’s a designated smoking area on the property). I drink occasionally, but very rarely.
I have two cats, so I’m ideally looking for someone without pets. Fellow cat lovers are very welcome.
I am open to someone with a child, however, the available room is quite small, so it would be a tight fit and something we would need to discuss to make sure the space works comfortably for everyone.
About the Room
The apartment is on the 4th (top) floor. The available room is small and is technically classified as a bonus room because it does not have a window or closet.
• Double bed frame mattress available for a one-time $100 fee (optional)
• Space for a small dresser
• Separate standard sized entryway closet exclusively yours
• Door knob can be replaced for a lock if desired
If maximizing space is important, a single bed would fit more comfortably but that’s up to you.

Note: The litter box is currently located in the bathroom.
