Room for Rent & House Share in Sherwood Park

I have a 5-bedroom house in the Sherwood Park, Brentwood area. I am looking for someone to share the house with. You will have your own private bedroom furnished (double size bed available) or unfurnished and share the rest of the house which has a modern kitchen, gas cooking appliance and 2 bathrooms. I am a clean, tidy person with a Bengal cat. I am looking for a similar, non-smoker, must love cats, responsible person to share the house with. Rent is $700 monthly (cash payable on the 1st of every month) and will include all utilities, cable television in living room and the internet. Available first of April 2026.
