Room rental for 2 months in the summer

Hello! I am renting my bedroom for two months (July and August) in the summer, this is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a townhouse building on south end, it is right besides Sobeys, Dal and SMU are both within walkable distance. Coin laundry is in unit (2 dollars for washing and drying).

Electricity, hydro, wifi, and gas are all included for 950. You most likely will also live with another respectful person over the summer. I will leave my table and my bed mattress for you, as well as all the cooking utensils!
