A furnished private bedroom is available in a 4-bedroom house on the upper deck at 6315 North St, starting March 26th. The room comes with a mattress, and table fan, making it a convenient move-in-ready option. A study table can also be provided for an additional $25 CAD if needed.



The room is compact but comfortable, ideal for one person, and is available until June with a high possibility of extension beyond that.

The house is shared with three friendly roommates a mix of university students and working professionals. It features a shared kitchen and washroom, as well as an in-unit coin-operated laundry in the basement.



The bus stop for bus numbers 2 and 3 is right in front of the house, making commuting effortless, and the location is close to all essential amenities (5 minutes away walk from Sobeys).



Rent includes everything except power, which costs approximately $20 CAD per person per month. A security deposit of $325 CAD is required. Rent will be 684 CAD per month.
