DISCLAIMER: Our old roommate is moving out at the end of next month (April 2026). You may begin moving at the start of May 2026.
There are no parking spots available at the building. There are a few paid parking lots with security further away (20 min walk).
We are two employed adult males looking for a third roommate that we can split the rent with.
The contract includes:
1. The master bedroom at the end of the hall past the two other roommates' bedrooms.
2. The master bedroom's toilet and walk in closet.
3. Shared access to the bathroom shower in the main hallway.
4. Shared access to the kitchen, balcony, and living room, with limited storage space in said areas.
a. Kitchen appliances include: microwave, kettle, oven/stove, fridge, air fryer, toaster.
5. Apartment utilities are covered.
Additional features:
1. The building has a communal/shared washing and drying room. The card costs $10, a wash is $3.50, and a dry is $2.50
2. Access to both MiWay and TTC busses via Bloor street.
3. Access to Centennial Park
Nearest grocery store is a 15 minute walk and a 5 minute drive.
House Rules:
1. Shoes must be taken off and placed at the front door entrance.
a. This prevents the apartment’s carpet from getting dirty.
b. This prolongs the carpet’s lifetime usage.
2. No eating full meals inside your respective room.
a. Snacks are allowed (ex. Chips, cookies, drinks)
i. Please clean after yourself if you make a mess.
3. No loud sounds/noises after 10:00 PM.
a. Walls are “thin”, and sound escapes outside of the apartment.
b. Most people will have a bedtime of roughly 10:00 – 11:00 PM.
c. This is also required by management/superintendent.
4. Help clean around the apartment on weekends. Take out trash, recycling, vacuum carpet, etc.
5. No pets because of the old carpet filled with dust which is unhealthy for animals to breathe and their fur will accumulate on the carpet.
Kitchen Rules:
1. Always unplug kitchen appliances (ex. Toaster, water heater, coffee machine) after use.
a. Do not unplug:
i. Microwave
ii. Stove
iii. Fridge & Freezer
2. Always clean the kitchen and all utensils used after each use.
Must have:
1. Proof of employment/income
2. 1st months rent and last months rent as upfront payment.
