We are looking for a male tenant for our newly renovated place. A 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, close the public transit and grocery stores. The bedroom will be private, however will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with other male tenants.



Room 1: 700 (move in now)



Room 2: 870 (move in March)



Including all utilities.



Minimum lease is 4 months.



The rules of the house include no smoking, no drugs, no visitors, no pets and certainly no party.
