Located in a 2 bedroom apartment.

Shared access to the rest of the apartment( bathroom, kitchen, etc…) with a female.

The room is the only private space.

Parking not available

Internet included except other utilities bills that will depend on our usage( enbridge , Hydro, Water)

Washing machine and dryer available.
AC available

The rules are strict: no animals, no kids, no couples, no sleepover guests, no parties, no smoking.
