This fully-furnished, bright, comfortable, clean, sunlight home would be very suitable for a single person, couple or small family. The owner is happy to accommodate in-person viewings or Zoom video viewings. Ideally the rental period will be the full 3 months but the rental can be slightly altered and prorated. The $2600 rent per month includes all utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water). Lawn and garden maintenance will be required by the renter.

$1300 security deposit will be required for this short term fixed rental period. Proof of personal rental property policy insurance will be required. 2 employment references may be required. No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted. No parties.
