Short Term or Long Term - Room for RENT in Bowmanville

I am looking to rent out a single room in a house located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Bowmanville. The rental is all inclusive (includes utilities). I am flexible on the start and end-date, however, I'm generally looking to start the rental sometime in February. I'm open to either renting out the room for the short term, or the long term.



The room has a walkout to a patio and backyard. The rental also comes with unlimited internet, and a standup desk (which is handy if you work from home). The room also includes a 43" Samsung 4K smart TV, as well as a a pretty spacious closet. The bed is brand new and includes an option to electronically lift the head of the bed, which is nice for watching TV. The rental also comes with a shared kitchen, shared laundry, and one parking space. The room is for a single occupant only.



The house is within very close distance of: FreshCO, TD Bank, RBC Royal Bank, Pizza Pizza, Wicked Hair Salon, Subway, Pizzaville, a playground, as well as other convenient stores and restaurants.
