We have a newly renovated, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse near Carleton, right by Prince of Wales and Hogs Back road. There is one room with a bunk bed for two people to share.



No pets. No smokers. No parties.



Men only. Prefer engineers.



Utilities and Wifi included. Laundry on site. Professional cleaning once/month is included. Parking is extra.



Bus stop to school is 20 meters away and it is walking distance to Carleton. Bus to Algonquin or Carleton is 15 minutes.



Availabile anytime. First and last month due on lease signing. Lease would be until end of August with a possibility of extension thereafter.



Our son stays there and he is in Carleton engineering. He is quiet and likes to study.
