Shared room available for rent near Sheridan College - Brampton

About the room:

We have a shared room available for rent for a student at $375. This room is in the basement of the house and it is shared with other boys. It has shared Kitchen, shared full bathroom (4 piece) and a shared laundry. There is a separate entrance for you to use.

Room is available from 1st February 2026.

Location:

The house is located at Steels and Mavis/Chinguacousy Road, Brampton which is very close to Sheridan College. You can reach Sheridan College in 4 minutes by bus # 4, 11, 51, 56, 57, 61, 104 or 511. The bus stop is only one block away and the bus frequency is every 5-7 minutes. You can also walk to the Sheridan College – it’s around 16 to 17 minutes’ walk. This place is located very close to a shopping complex which has “No Frills” Store and other shops and restaurants.



What is included in rent:

The rent for one person is $375. The rent includes wireless internet, free laundry (once in a week) and utilities (Electricity, Water, Heating & AC). . .. . .there are no extra costs. Shared kitchen and Dining table is available to be used by all the students. The kitchen includes fridge, stove and microwave. Please note that food is not provided.



Tenants:

We are looking for students who would like to stay in the shared room (Rent $375 per person). This is a non- smoking home and no alcohol is allowed here. The tenant should be clean and drugs free. Late night parties and loud music are not allowed.

We are the owners and we live upstairs. We are calm and quite.
