Parking in the garage is available for one vehicle. Amenities include dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, stove and freezer. There is a nice back yard with BBQ and fire pit, fish pond, fruit trees, garden, etc. Good street parking where visitors can also park. The home is dog friendly. Water, electricity, gas and sewage are included in rent and the option to share internet is available.



The Private Space:

Bedroom, TV room and bathroom are available for your private use.



The Location:

The home is located in the Eaux Claire neighborhood – 164 Avenue and 92 Street (exact address to be provided to screened applicants) – close to Starbucks, Sobeys, many restaurants including Boston Pizza, banks and more. The Eaux Claire transit station is a 5-minute walk.



The Roommate:

Mature male. Portuguese/English speaker, who enjoys music and movies, a good fire with a cold beer (in the summer) and walks with his dog. Quiet time after 10 pm.



Seeking:

Looking for respectful, established, kind male OR female roommate who is responsible about rent and clean. Perfect for a person who is working out of town and looking for a safe, quiet place when home, who does not party late or let people sleep over without roommate’s permission.



Availability:

Shared home will be available March 1st for a 12-month lease. Applicants will be screened and references checked – damage deposit (one month’s rent) and first month’s rent due once offer accepted.
