Seeking 2 female roommates, 4 bedrooms house

Hello! We are 2 co-tenants seeking 2 additional co-tenants to join our month-to-month single lease of a full house (4 BDRMS) Available rooms are $625.00 per room (not including utilities) per month!

- We are seeking quiet, responsible MATURE STUDENTS or PROFESSIONALS for compatibility with our hours of work, study and our neighbours.

The landlord requires first and last month's rent payable at the time of the signing of the lease. We are seeking to find new co-tenants before April 1, for a May 1 2026 start date of tenancy.

AVAILABLE:

May 1 2026 for co-tenancy, aiming to find new co-tenants ASAP, before April 1 2026

- 1 Medium room 8' x 9' 3/4" with closet

- 1 Large room 10' x 12' with closet

- Both the medium and large room are $625 (apart from monthly utilities like gas, hydro etc)

- Bills are split monthly (gas, hydro, water, internet, electricity, etc) these are organized through the app Splitwise, and paid by e-transfer. Rent is paid to landlord monthly.

- Total Size of house: 2400 sq ft

- Two bathrooms in total, one shower

- There is two parking spaces behind house. (neither of us have cars here so space is free)

- Nice kitchen with washing and dryer machine

- Oven and stove top, and sink

- Fridge (and lots of space for dry food)

- Microwave

- Functioning smoke detectors/ carbon monoxide detectors (checked often)

- Fire extinguisher

-TV space

Requirements:

- Female students (both of us are female in 1st and 2nd year at Trent)

-Those whom are looking for long term residency.

- We are looking for individuals who are able to communicate with other roommates well and effectively.
