Room for sublet or lease transfer in Plateau

Hey! I am subletting my room in Plateau, right on Duluth next to Chez Jose. Very close to both Sherbrooke and Mont Royal metro stations.

Super nice neighbourhood with almost no cars during summer. Comes with all the furniture on the pictures (if you have your own furniture I can sell these and you can have the room empty), has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, renovated bathroom and a lovely, sunny balcony. The room also has a small closet that you can fit 2-3 suitcases or boxes.

The other two roommates are McGill students. The house is quiet and calm most of the time, since one of them spends most of the week in Gatineau and the other one likes staying at her partner’s home, so you can have the house to yourself majority of the time.

It is available until end of August, and you can extend your stay if you’d like.
