Room for rent near University Of Manitoba.

I am renting a private room in a shared house. Room is on upper level. Everything is included in rent but the wifi i.e., 20$ a month. This place is very close to University of Manitoba.
There is bus stop near by and a shopping plaza. The shopping plaza has a wide variety of stores to fulfill everyday needs for instance it has safeway, subway, burrito places etc.

The place is very quiet and suitable for a student or working professional.
