Room for rent, looking for roommate!

24F. Available for move in March 1/26. Lease is until December 31/26. Preferably another woman.
2 bed/1 bath apartment on the SW edge of the city. Great location & safe community, there’s also a bus stop also right outside. Usually 30mins to UofW, and 40mins to UofM. 5min walk from the Outlet Mall as well.
Apartment is fully furnished except the second bedroom, however it is occupied currently so I can only provide a floor plan, and pictures of my bedroom for a size example.
I am home from work currently, but once I go back in March/April I will only be home for 8 days per month (4 days every other weekend). I am very clean and keep to myself!
I’m asking for 1/2 of rent (850$) 1/2 of hydro per month. Additional parking spots available for 65$ per month, with plug in. Pets allowed, however you will have to cover the pet fee as I do not have any, but I love both cats and dogs and am open to having some furry friends in the apartment.
