You can walk or drive to the mall. You have access to Safeway, Co-op , gas stations , Tim Hortons and much more. The LRT Station is walking distance from the house. There two other tenants one downstairs and one upstairs who travels often. House is located in a great community with friendly neighbors and very quiet . You can use the kitchen which is includes all plates , cups , pans , pots etc... so you don't need to bring your own its all provided for you. Utilities are included . Important : no drinking, no drugs , no parting and no smoking at the house. Parking is on the side of the road not in the driveway if you have a car. Washer and Dryer is provided downstairs .
