I have one room available, in the Creditview and Wanless area. The house has a large and spacious common area all shared including; shared washroom, powder room, kitchen and washeoom.

I am looking for working professionals preferred that are RESPONSIBLE , HYGIENIC & and TIDY. $725 for one occupancy or $1000 for 2 occupancy.

- No smoking/drug use of any kind is allowed on the property, no pets, no parties and no sleepover of guest permitted as it is a shared property. This is a quiet neighborhood.

What it includes:
-Room is furnished with one twin size bed and a night table.
-Washer/dryer - one use per week
-Shared washroom(s)
-Shared kitchen
-Spacious living room
-Appliances
-Unlimited WiFi

Not included:
10% or 20% utility based on 1 or 2 person occupancy.
-parking $50 if required.

What you need to have;

-credit check
-A letter of employment / paystub
-first and last payment – if student need to provide financial disclosure to ensure funds are available.
