One large room available, located in a beautiful, clean, bright, quiet house in Fort Richmond. Close to the U of M. Short walking distance to bus stop and close to Sobeys, McDonalds, Shoppers, Tim Hortons, etc.



Looking for a quiet, CLEAN / NEAT, well organized, non smoking (or vaping), respectful, individual. Prefer long term, over short. International students welcome. Prefer a graduate student (Masters or PhD programs). No party animals please!



PLEASE PROVIDE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF WHEN RESPONDING TO THE AD. This is VERY important. I won't rent to just anyone. References may be requested.



Rent is $700 / month which includes: Hydro, water and internet. Parking with plug-in available.



I do own a dog, so if you have a fear of dogs or are allergic to them, this isn't the place for you. Sorry.



Rent is non-negotiable. Single occupancy only.
