We have one room that we are renting out and it is shared with a 25-year-old female in the lower level of the home that is owner occupied. Female preferred as there is a full-time working female already in the basement. Your rent will include Wi-Fi laundry parking. All utilities included. Can be furnished or unfurnished. This is a 13 acre retired horse ranch there is a man-made lake to enjoy in the summer and ample room to walk around for fresh air.
