Newer build 2 bed 1 and a half bath….. room
For rent with access to rest of townhouse. I have a 3 year old Aussie Sheppard so you must be okay with dogs. Parking space for 1 car in driveway. There is a back patio for use as well. Washer and dryer upstairs 800 includes everything including access to wifi. The room has a heat pump in it… Looking for a quiet and clean individual to share my space with. Non smoker no drugs and no other pets. Bedroom is for single occupancy. Preferably someone who works during the day.
