I am a female homeowner of a townhouse looking for a student or young professional renter to dwell short or long term. Must be working at least 3 months into job or if you are going to college, either one or both is needed to contact property owner also needed is a proof of employment and/or college, a proof of prior tenancy from your recent landlord and Reason for acquiring for new tenancy.

COUPLES ARE WELCOME WITH REQUIREMENTS MET PLS

650 monthly with first and last utilities are extra we can talk about it.
Own bathroom inside the room must be clean because tenants who lives in this unit was neat and clean, kitchen shared.
This 4 bedrooms and 1 bedroom still available anytime.
There is a 3 male living in the unit. Comes with wifi, laundry inside.
Parking is not available at this time.
