Room for Rent

Bedroom is available March 1st, located in Glenbrook near 45th St
Utilities and wifi included
Shared washroom and kitchen

Just moved in so it's a bit of a mess, photos will be updated once complete

I'm a single male, living with another male who may be moving out soon. I have 2 cats, so cats and dogs aren't allowed, but a small caged animal may be okay.

Unfortunately the transit isn't the greatest from what I've been told, it may be more convenient if you have a vehicle.

I do ask for proof of secure employment and references, as well as a small interview just to get to know each other (it will be the same time as the viewing)

I'm available for viewings M-F from 6-8pm
Weekends are flexible
