I am looking for a Student who is interested in a room fully furnished for rent. Address is #106-2923 Phipps road in Langford BC.



Room is across from Walmart, Superstore and approximately 3 Minute walk away from the Langford exchange and the Westshore mall, That means you are very close to every thing The price is $700, including everything (laundry, WIFI and utilities).



Students who are going to UVic or only have to take 1 bus to get where they need from the house. UVic students only have to walk 3 minutes to the bus stop We are looking for a student to move in by February 1st 2026
