Room is located on second level of the Farm House comes furnished with large window and spacious closet, your own fridge & pantry.

To keep a calm and professional environment the room will only be available to "ONE PERSON"
who will live with only one female Roomate.

Household is not suited for smokers, guest or pets.

Shared large kitchen & living room as well as the bathroom.

All utilities, High Speed Internet, laundry and parking included in the price of $800

Minimum stay of 6 months.
