Short term renter (minimum 6 months to a year) and longer terms are gladly considered. I have successfully rented to International exchange student, business owners, University and College students, factory and warehouse workers, Full Time construction workers and OPG staff in the past. Preferably South Asian nationality since the kitchen cooking will have exotic food smells.
