- Audition prep & self-tapes

- Creative workshops & rehearsals

- Green/blue screen for self tape (by request)



We prioritize renters whose work aligns with our creative, educational, and wellness-based values.



⏰ Studio Availability



Monday:

Available before 3:30 PM

Available after 7:00 PM



Tuesday – Thursday:

Fully available all day (ideal for recurring bookings)



Friday:

Available before 4:30 PM and after 8:30 PM



Saturday:

Available before 9AM and after 5PM



Sunday

Available before 2PM and after 5:45PM



Weekend availability is limited and subject to class schedule. Weekday bookings are strongly encouraged.



Rental Rates



Hourly Rentals:

- Private use / rehearsals: $35–45/hour

- Small group classes (up to 6 –10 people): $50–70/hour



Recurring Weekly Rentals (Recommended)

- 3 hrs/week: $350–450 per month

- 6 hrs/week: $700–850 per month



Half-Day / Full-Day Rentals

- Half-day (4 hrs): $200–250

- Full day (8 hrs): $350–450



Studio Guidelines



- Max capacity based on booking type

- Clean indoor shoes or barefoot only

- Setup & cleanup included in rental time

- Space must be left as found

- No birthday parties or loud events

- No sub-renting

- A simple rental agreement will be provided.
