There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bathroom and 1 bedroom in the basement with private full bathroom. The bedroom for rent is the downstairs bedroom with private full bathroom. The basement bedroom and bathroom have been recently renovated. The rent is $1,200/month (not including utilities and internet).



Shared kitchen, living area and powder room on the main floor. Shared Laundry room and storage in the basement. House has three parking spots, one on the driveway, one in the garage and one visitor parking pass. Two fridges on the main floor offers ample space for food storage. Pool use available in the summer within the complex.



On bus routes to UofG. The house is in a great location within walking distance to Stone Rd Mall, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart and Metro.
