Furnished room with queen-sized bed, shared bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, complimentary laundry, high-speed internet and parking. Rooms are professionally cleaned before move in. Upon moving out, rooms must be cleaned to the condition they were found. A deposit is required to secure the room and will be refunded after check-out.

Note: Seeking individuals who do not work from home and who are respectful, friendly, organized, clean, and quiet, to ensure the well-being of all residents. No drugs, cannabis, smoking, drinking, pets, or parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
