Looking for a responsible female student/young professional for a bedroom in a three bedroom apartment in 10717-81 Ave from March or April 1st to rent. The following are some relevant information on it.

1. The room has an attached spacious closet. Rent is $458 per month shared utility and internet (which ranges from around $50 - $60 per month). The security deposit is $400. Parking is available.

3. Both toilet and kitchen are fully accommodated. There are 2 fridges and we have a microwave and toaster as well which you will be free to share with us. The living room is large, spacious, has couches and gets lot of sunlight.

4. Lease can be 6-month or yearly.

5. It is within walking distance from the University of Alberta. In addition, no frills, dollarama, Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Whyte Ave shops, TD, RBC, BOM banks and 4 bus-stops are just minutes away. (Google it. So transportation to anywhere in Edmonton is really convenient)

6. The other two girls are quiet and responsible individuals. Both are working professionals

Pets or smoking - Not allowed. Overnight male guests are not allowed.
