Hello, I’m a pregnant 22-year-old female looking for my first apartment to live independently alone with supports I currently live with Community Living Greater Sudbury in a one bedroom basement apartment, but I’m looking for a 2 bedroom plus den apartment with 1.5 bathroom for $700 I can only afford $700 for rent as I’m new to Toronto i’ve always wanted to live in Toronto and I have family in Woodbridge. I’m currently criminally charged in Sudbury and I’m dealing with it in court tomorrow morning I can possibly move in June 15th 2026 for a yearly lease my agency can probably be a reference for my application i’d prefer there not be an application form as that involves a credit check and I cannot consent to a credit check as my score is not that good and I do not consent to background checks either. i’m quiet. I’m friendly and hygienic. I’m respectful and responsible. I hope my apartment will be pet friendly as I wanna bring home a kitten or a small dog. I’ve listed what I want the amenities to be in the apartment and I hope the apartment will be a one minute walk to a bus stop I am with PGT/ODSP my PGT worker told me that I can only afford $700 for an apartment or a room so I prefer to live in the apartment so I can have my own space i’ve applied to many jobs in Toronto and I’m waiting to hear back i’d also prefer my apartment to be cozy warm spacious and furnished in every room. The second bedroom I would prefer it to be a nursery furnished with everything you need for a baby also in order for my PGT worker to release money to the landlord, she must receive a signed lease agreement and the landlord‘s direct deposit information from there she can update ODSP that my address has changed. if there’s an issue, please text me at 705-921-9717 thank you.
