Good to Know Before Renting
● We process payments every four weeks (28 days)
● There is a $25 Administration Fee due at move-in
● Locks and insurance are mandatory
● We require a credit card, a driver’s license (or ID card), and a valid email address
● You may be charged a $25 late fee if your payment is three days late ($5/day thereafter)
This facility is open to the tenants 24/7 so yes you have accessed all the time & gate and has an alarm system on each door with security camera.
We have built an insurance policy into our new rates, which will protect your property for up to $5,000. You will be charged $14.99 mandatory.
First payment will also include a one-time administration fee of $25 HST due at move-in.
For insurance purposes you will need a lock for your unit, we have some available at office for $10.00 HST, or you can bring your own lock.
We added a swipe card to the first payment for $10, it is refunded when you do your move-out.
We only require one week’s notice before moving out.
