House appliances include 2 fridges, 2 stoves, 1 deep freezer, washer/dryer, toasters, 2 microwaves, TVs and couches. All utilities are included in the rent; Wifi is included from Sept to end of April. Summer Wifi available at additional cost. Tenants are responsible for snow and ice removal; shovels provided. Lawn is maintained by landlords.
