Office Space to Share in Chiropractic Clinic in Markham

Looking for a chiropractor or other health care practitioner to share office space in the Cornell neighbourhood of Markham (Ninth Line & 16th Avenue). We are in a ground-floor unit with free street parking, three treatment rooms, a reception area, and an accessible washroom. Currently, two chiropractors share the space, each working approximately 12-15 hours/week, leaving plenty of availability for additional use. The second chiropractor may be leaving. Currently being utilized:



Clinic Owner



Mondays 3:30pm–7 pm



Tuesdays 4:30pm-7 pm



Wednesdays 3:30pm–7 pm



Thursdays 9am–12 noon



Saturdays 8:30am–12 noon



Second chiropractor



Tuesdays 3pm – 6:30pm



Wednesdays 9am – 6:30pm



Saturdays 8:30am – 12 noon (alternating)
