The obvious “uglies” – the home needs exterior siding, interior paint and flooring. Currently has a pellet stove in the living room, but we can’t seem to get it to work.

The “perks” – fridge, washer, dryer, hot water tank, and pressure tank are all under 5 years old. The stove and dishwasher are a bit older but work great! Refurbished furnace installed in November 2025 just before they sold the acreage. Tin roof installed summer of 2024. One side of the home has all new windows and door.
