It is with about 4 minutes walking distance to Lions Park Ctrain Station, North Hill Shopping Centre and SAIT, about 6 minutes Ctrain to downtown. The common areas (i.e., kitchen and living room) are shared with the other 2 roommates (one on main floor and the other lives on 2nd floor).



One room is for one person. No couples!



All amenities are within very short walking distance, such as about 2 minutes walk to North Hill Shopping Center, TD, Safeway, and Shoppers Drug Mart. The rent is $850 monthly including all utilities, high speed Internet, washer, and dryer.



First and last month rent is required. Non-negotiable.



Very close to Downtown, and also about 7 mins CTrain (from Lions Park Ctrain Station) to the University of Calgary.



Must no drugs, no smoke inside, no drunk, no pets, no parties at all the time in the house.
