We are a married couple who work in the film and television industry. We rent three private rooms in our lovely home. Located two blocks to the Donlands subway stop on the Bloor-Danforth line we are walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and parks. Our rooms are completely furnished with desk, bedding, towels and plenty of storage. You have full use of all common areas including, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 piece deluxe bathroom, powder room, living room, laundry, back deck oasis and more. Utilities and unlimited internet are included. We do not tolerate illegal downloading or smokers .. we are allergic to smoke and perfumes. If you are respectful of others, kind and easy going, respect recycling and energy conservation, are covid vaccinated give me a call so we can chat to see if our home is right for you. We will not show our home to folks unless we have spoken first. Please no couples.We are looking for long term renters. A first and last month's deposit is required.
