Looking to fill the upstairs half of my unit. Rent is 2300 and I pay 1200 so I need someone who can cover 950-1100$. (First and last is ideal) You would have the entire upstairs to yourself with your own room with the bathroom, kitchen, and balcony being shared. It is pet friendly and I already have my own cat. There is also a dishwasher that can be used as well as a washer and dryer for clothes that can be used and there is also free parking. We can share wifi together.
