We’re a large family of 9 my self my partner my mother in law and 6 kids looking for long term rental of a home ! We’re hoping to stay around 2300/2400 can maybe go a bit higher but hoping to stay in tha area or lower we are on odsp /oas income but bring in a fair number and can disclose that in private to you ! Our kids are great shy but great lol we have one cat andwe take care of my mother in law since her husband died we dont party drink or anything2 of us smoke but can be done outside ! We can maintain yards and take care of the needs of the home no issue would love a farm but will take anything Please let me know thank you

We are looking for a 3 bed home or bigger we currently have a 3 bedroom and know how to make the space work given that bigger homes don’t really exist anymore we are currently month to month so hoping to find something we can move into in 2 months to give our landlord the appropriate notice we can talk about why we want to move etc ! Our odsp will cover last month rent and that’s mailed right to you no issues we don’t have super high credit 500/550 but that’s cause you can’t do a lot on these incomes to build higher ! We have references and possibly a co-signer if needed but we do need to look at moving as soon as possible please email
