Looking for 2 girl housemates

2 bedrooms available to rent in a townhouse for the May 2026 – April 2027 lease cycle.

My roommate (Hayley) and I (Shirley) are looking for 2 upper-year/mature female students or recent grads. We frequently have friends and boyfriends over and occasionally have movie and collage nights. We’re both clean and respectful, and we're looking for roommates who share a similar vibe.

The 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom is $800 and a smaller one is $775, not including utilities wifi (usually around $100 in total). The shared area is very spacious, a great hangout and study spot with roommates and friends. The driveway and garage are shared with other roommates. Free overnight street parking is available within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop (Route 5) is within a 1-minute walk.
