loft, 600$, must love cats

If your looking for a quite home to live in, come check out our loft. Its large and cozy. You will have to bring your own heater for the next few months of cold weather, as there is no radiators up there.
You would be living with 2 or three other people. All are clean and respectful.
We are looking for someone that is not an alcoholic, 420 or whatnot is fine, but no loud parties or lots of traffic.
You would share the kitchen, 1.5 baths and washer and dry.
EIA is welcome, but we do prefer a working professional. There are spots for two cars in the summer and one in the winter when the snow clearing is active.
You can use all the appliances in the kitchen and there is a BBQ on the back deck.
We have a huge garden and you can help me plant if you are interested, this spring.
There are three cats here, and they love visiting anyone that moves in. Please do not respond if you do not like cats.
This rental is month to month. Rent is due on the first and a fee of 3 dollars a day is extra when late. If you have not paid by the second week or made arrangements, your stuff will be moved outside and you must sign this agreement. (Sorry, but ive met many a free loader)
