I’m looking for a lease transfer for my private room in a fully-furnished unit. It’s very spacious, located in downtown, and includes all necessities.



1242 Rue Mackay. Two minutes walk from Guy-Concordia station. Ideal for students and young professionals.



The rent includes everything (heating, air conditioning, hydro, WiFi, and maintenance). However, an additional $25/month is required for housing insurance.



‍ All the other three housemates are male, students at Concordia/ETS and pretty chill.



Available February 12. The current lease ends in August but can be renewed.
