Feet It — Global Custom Orthotics Brand Expanding into Canada

Feet It is a proven custom orthotic insole and biomechanical support company operating across North America and Europe and is now expanding into Canada, with the first open and already operating location in Calgary. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a licensed healthcare professional for a clinic add-on or partnership collaboration.

Purpose of the Business –

Improve mobility, posture, and pain management

Provide clinically informed, custom-made orthotic insoles

Address biomechanical and gait-related imbalances

Help reduce pain in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and spine

Support individuals affected by prolonged standing, occupational strain, unsupported footwear, or movement dysfunction



Clinical & Technical Overview –

Biomechanical Assessment:

Full biomechanical evaluation using a 3-position podoscope gait assessment

Analysis of foot mechanics, posture, and weight distribution

Identification of abnormal pronation or supination

Detection of gait-related postural imbalances requiring custom orthotic intervention



Orthotic Fabrication:

Custom orthotic insoles fabricated in-clinic

Heat-molded process performed under weight-bearing conditions

Semi-rigid thermoplastic shell (e.g., polypropylene) for arch and heel support

High-resilience, energy-return EVA foam for comfort and shock absorption

Individually contoured based on the patient’s biomechanics



Device Classification:

Custom-made, non-prefabricated medical orthotic device

Individually molded for therapeutic correction and biomechanical support



Partnership Opportunity –

Clinic add-on or integrated service offering

Referral-based or co-managed care models

Enhanced continuity of patient care

Support for insurance documentation where applicable

Partnership structure is flexible and open for discussion

Feet It operates its own lead generation and client acquisition, with an established patient base already seeking custom orthotic care, while offering growth opportunities through collaboration with a medical professional



Space Collaboration:

In addition to a clinical partnership, we are also seeking the opportunity to rent a treatment room within an established practice.



Space requirements:

• Approximately 150–200 square feet

• Ideally with natural light or a window

• Accessible location with patient parking



Feet It operates independently within the clinic while maintaining alignment in patient care and creating potential cross-referral opportunities.
